摘要: NiZn ferrites microstructurally controlled were produced after sintering of hydrothermal nanopowders. Chemical microanalyses showed that the zinc-loss phenomenon did not occur significantly, and elements iron nickel probably control diffusion process in initial stage sintering. The hardness dielectric response sintered exhibited a greater dependence on grain size than density samples. variations static permittivity relaxation frequency with conditions correlated microstructural parameters. Complex impedance spectroscopy materials high response, attributed to electron hopping conduction mechanism, revealed presence single relaxation, occurring at boundaries.
