摘要: Hyiodine (high molecular weight hyaluronan combined with KI3 complex) is a new non-adhesive wound dressing which significantly improves the healing process. The aim of study was to investigate effects Hyoidine on functional properties isolated human keratinocytes and leukocytes, those U937 HL60 cell lines. While complex inhibited viability proliferation cells tested, did not have any significant effect. expression CD11b, CD62L CD69 PMNL, monocytes lymphocytes, as well oxidative burst blood neutrophils, were changed. On contrary, PMA-activated increased production IL-6 TNF-alpha by lymphocytes. It concluded that content reduces toxic effect speeds up process increasing inflammatory cytokines.
