摘要: It is well documented that the polysaccharide glucomannan (GM), an abundant constituent of fungal cell wall, in form particulate induces strong activation phagocytes, however, effects soluble GM are not known. Activation phagocyte anti-microbial mechanisms a crucial part innate host defense against invading pathogens. However, under uncontrolled inflammatory conditions they contribute to damage surrounding tissues. Thus, prevent these deleterious effects, phagocytes tightly regulated process. Therefore, this study we analyzed effect on some neutrophil functions such as reactive oxygen species production, degranulation, and receptor mobilization at plasma membrane. Soluble tested concentrations did stimulate oxidative burst directly but significantly potentiated response opsonized zymosan particles. induced significant phosphorylation p47phox subunit NADPH oxidase Ser345. This priming was accompanied by time concentration dependent degranulation characterized increased surface expression receptors stored granules (CD10, CD11b, CD14, CD35, CD66b). Degranulation further confirmed increase elastase activity media. it could be suggested connected with their expression, potentiation particles through oxidase.
