摘要: A method and apparatus for generating an Interphase chromosome profile. The comprises obtaining a sample containing cells having chromosomes profiling; species specific DNA probes, wherein the probes are capable of marking at least one substantially equidistant locations on said chromosomes; hybridizing with probes; using plurality enzymes to produce differential color bands colorimetric analysis sample; visual determining profile chromosome.
