摘要: This disclosure relates to a method of specifically decorating selected mammalian chromosomes and detecting, identifying and/or quantitating individual chromosomes, by means chromosomal in situ suppression (CISS) hybridization. The is useful analyzing cells for the occurrence chromosome fragments or aberrations.
