摘要: Y-specific DNA which can be used as probes to establish unambiguously the presence or absence of regions normal Y chromosome in from a subject is disclosed, method for use such probes. The sequences determine whether homologous are present an individual's genome not; detect specific portions genomic DNA; and/or location genes interest on chromosome.
