摘要: We have isolated and characterized DNA probes that detect homologies between the X Y chromosomes. Clone St25 is derived from q13-q22 region of chromosome recognizes a 98% homologous sequence on chromosome. specific fragments were present in DNAs 5 Yq-individuals 4 out 7 XX males analysed. An linked TaqI RFLP detected with probe (33% heterozygosity) which should allow one to establish linkage map including other polymorphic X-Y sequences this compare it deletion map. Probe DXS31 located Xp223-pter detects 80% The latter can be assigned Yq11-qter outside contains satellite sequences. ACT1 ACT2, actin chromosomes respectively, been cloned. No homology was sequence. ACT2 corresponding segregate together panel aberrations, might useful markers for important spermatogenesis Yq. Various primate species analysed presence three probes. Sequences by are found only cercopithecoidae. flank same autosomal but no male fragments. It suggested acquired genetic material autosomes at various times during evolution.
