摘要: The invention provides methods for detecting mitotic cells having numerical chromosomal abnormalities and agents inducing numericalchromosomal in cells. In a preferred embodiment, the method comprises staining cell with marker: that detects mitosis, quantitative DNA stain, indicating amount of cell. Stained are preferably analyzed by flow cytometry.
