摘要: Brain atrophy in CT images is often found patients with Senile dementia of Alzheimer type(AD), but occasionally it isn't prominent some symptoms dementia. On the contrary, few sometimes show a remarkable their brain CT. This one reasons why diagnosis AD early stage difficult. Therefore, very important that we develop an explicit method to measure objectively. Fractal analysis estimate complexity morphology. In this report, applied and investigated relationship between fractal dimension cortex surface score HDS-R (Revised version Hasegawa's scale). As result, could not find any significant difference them, unfortunately, preliminary study. Further study needed, think will be possible distinguish fine atrophy.
