摘要: We present an unconventional scheme for acoustic charge transport devices based on a n-i-n lateral junction as electron injector. show that surface waves (SAWs) are able to pick up electrons from current flowing through the and steer them towards Ohmic output contact. Acoustic was studied at various temperatures, function of injector current, voltage bias, SAW power. The possibility modulate acoustoelectric by means in-plane gates is also discussed. main advantage our approach relies drive both sources, thus allowing sample process signals.
