摘要: Abstract The acoustoelectric effect caused by momentum transfer from a surface acoustic wave to two-dimensional electron system is employed investigate the quantum Hall effect. Strong oscillations of both fields and currents are observed in part explained recent model, based on local description conductivity. However, an unexpected bipolar voltage occuring at integer filling factors related localized electron- hole-like states tails Landau levels. A similar signal also factor v = 5 2 .
