摘要: A b s t r a c Fusarium sp. has been shown to be promising organism for enhanced production of xylanases. In the present study, xylanase by 21 isolates (8 culmorum , 4 solani 6 verticillioides and 3 equiseti ) was evaluated under solid state fermentation (SSF). #e fungal isolate SYRN7 best producer among tested isolates. e$ects some agriculture wastes (like wheat straw, bran, beet pulp cotton seed cake) incubation period on F. were optimized. High (1465.8 U/g) observed in bran a&er 96 h incubation. Optimum pH temperature activity found 5 50°C, respectively.
