摘要: We retrospectively analysed the prevalence and clinical features associated to anti-Ku antibodies in patients affected by different autoimmune diseases. Anti-Ku are detected 147 sera out of 7239 anti-ENA positive (2%). They found 2% with systemic sclerosis (SSc) (8 379), 1.8% lupus erythematosus (SLE) (7 372) undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD) (9 496) more rarely Sjogren Syndrome rheumatoid arthritis. Most were UCTD overlap syndromes, including polymyositis, SSc SLE. Interstitial lung disease, myositis, articular symptoms, Raynaud's phenomenon sicca represents main our cohort. The rate severity pulmonary is similar those other patients. Isolated about 47% sera. No differences observed between these subjects multiple anti-nuclear specificities. However, usually association serological markers SLE Syndrome, while they occurred isolated polymyositis.
