摘要: Abstract The use of oleaginous bacteria to produce lipid-based biofuels from organic waste is an emerging approach. present study was designed isolate capable growing on food-processing bio-fuels a sustainable basis. About 26 were isolated natural crude oils using Luria-Bertani (LB) medium under nitrogen-deficient conditions. GC–MS analysis confirmed the ability 10 isolates free fatty acids, where oleic acid appeared be most recurring compound among identified acids. results aerobic wet digestion (batch mode) showed potential strain KM15 for simultaneous lipid accumulation and treatment. Among different types waste, removal volatile solids (VS) up 38.5% oxidizable matter (COD-based) 48.9% achieved by KM15, while simultaneously showing lipids 41.5% in 96 h. degradation efficiency 30.9% 31% apple orange after 96 h with 21% 25% respectively. Overall, Bacillus cerus effective mango and, correspondingly, production biolipids waste. This illustrates concept biorefinery management biofuels. as sole source nutrition could key factor reducing total cost bacteriological biorefineries.
