摘要: Streptozotocin diabetes in the rat alters liver microsomal membrane fatty acid composition. The present study was undertaken to determine if such changes composition were due amount of individual phosphoglycerides or disproportionate any phosphoglycerides. diabetic animals showed a small increase total phospholipid, which is selective phosphatidylethanolamine fraction. lipid extract (decreased palmitoleic, oleic and arachidonic acids increased linoleic docosahexaenoic acids) from both major phosphoglycerides, phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine, with very little change phosphatidylserine inositol Further studies are necessary delineate cause abnormal phospholipid animal.
