摘要: The influence of assisting low-energy (∼50-100 eV) ion irradiation effects on the morphology C:Ni (∼15 at. %) nanocomposite films during beam assisted deposition (IBAD) is investigated. It shown that IBAD promotes columnar growth carbon encapsulated metallic nanoparticles. momentum transfer from ions results in tilting columns relation to growing film surface. Complex secondary structures are obtained, which a significant part grows under local epitaxy via junction sequentially deposited thin fractions. such anisotropic optical properties highlighted.
