Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of Nano-scale Y2Si2O7:Re3+ (Re=Eu, Tb) Phosphors via Sol-Gel Method

摘要: By using metal nitrates as starting materials and citric acid a complexing agent, Y2Si2O7:Re3+ (Re=Eu, Tb) phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction was employed to characterize the resulting samples. The results of XRD indicate that -Y2Si2O7 nanocrystal with size 27 nm is obtained at 1000 C doping ion content does not influence structure. excitation spectra in UV VUV ranges emission Re3+ doped samples measured. range due absorption host, ascribed transitions from 4f 5d state Tb3+ charge transfer Eu3+O2 bond. spectral energy distribution depends strongly on concentration. dependence photoluminescence intensity concentration also discussed detail. fluorescent decay curves room temperature measured analyzed.
