摘要: Improvements to the original AusTED (Australian trawling efficiency device) design were completed in 1994 and device was renamed II. New features, theories performance of II during testing are described. The reduced bycatch (including large animals) slightly byproduct. Variations prawn catches dependent on area being fished. Large fluctuations net drag precluded any detailed analysis changes as a result fitting standard commercial trawl gear. equipped required no extra assistance or vigilance from crew when tested under conditions.
