摘要: The key players of the CKD–MBD are calcium, phosphorus, PTH, FGF23, and vitamin D hormonal system. progressive reduction kidney function greatly modified tightly interrelated mechanisms controlling these parameters. As a result, important changes occurred in bone mineral axis leading to turnover with consequences relevant clinical outcomes, such as decrease mass increased fragility fractures vascular valvular calcification great impact cardiovascular outcomes.
