摘要: This paper aims to shed light on the by-products of ‘justice seeking’ and challenges faced by justice seekers in post-justice-seeking regimes. Justice seeking might be desirable when it brings institutional changes that lessen degree unfair treatment. However, seeking, regardless how is sought through, not always lead institutions ensure better distributive compared status quo due mainly contestants’ failure omission. Two justice-seeking episodes are illustrated examine this hypothesis. Myanmar’s transition democracy, considered as pro-democratic parties, was for a long time finally achieved 2015 through peaceful parliamentary election. In contrast, government Sri Lanka, mass population well, wanted against insurgencies caused LTTE which armed confrontations. The case Lanka tells us activities occasionally such outcome weakening organizational ability self-control or govern organization belong to. Likewise, Myanmar may possibly fall into same dilemma causing slow pace change associated with general frustration people who want feel tangible results immediately.
