摘要: Modern theories of rent-seeking analyze both input and output to assess its effects on societies. Also, justice-seeking is associated with cost outcome. Social enormous if justice sought through such means as violence or fighting. On the other hand, social low takes place peaceful including negotiation. Likewise, produces some end results changes in institutions which result greater distributive justice. At same time, it can lead a society towards further chaos anarchy. Therefore, model should consider Drawing upon analytical framework rent-seeking, paper argues that be welfare-enhancing welfare-reducing depending process seeking-justice well produces. Evidences are provided illustrating episodes justice-seeking.
