摘要: Abstract Management of electricity-hydrogen binomials is greatly enhanced by the knowledge power variations, together with an optimized performance electrolyzers. Strategies include regulation current densities to minimize hydrogen costs, which depend energy prices, installations and utilization factors. The objective convert in distinct periods electricity demand, taking into account size efficiency equipments; this approach indicates possibility reduce costs below a reference price, either using small facilities consume high proportions surplus or larger plants for shorter off-peak periods. Thus, we study viability large scale production via electrolysis, within context excess loads France (estimated at 22 TWh 2007): that gives daily potential 1314 ton, from total installed 5800 MW average ratios 42.8%; cost approaches 1 $/kg H 2 , CO2 reduction amounts 6720 kton/year (if all produced used feed 3 million new fuel-cell vehicles). This analysis serves demonstrate great potentials converting carriers managing subsystem thoroughly electrified societies.
