摘要: This study was carried out to investigate the effect of somatic cell count (SCC) on milk yield and composition in first second lactation Holstein dairy cows. Thirty cows 49 were used study. Animals 15±9.87 days milk. Individual samples collected monthly from June 2009 March 2010, counts, protein, fat, lactose urea-N determined. Four SCC groups formed for determining composition. These as follows: ≤200, 201-500, 501-999, ≥1.000x103 cell/mL. It observed that had a high significant yield, (P0.05). indicates negatively affects not only but also quality.
