摘要: Introduction: The objective of the present study was to evaluate safety retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy (RN) in obese Japanese patients. Patients and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 190 consecutive RN procedures performed from May 2002 2006. divided patients into an group (BMI ≥25, n = 54) a normal Results: mean operation time longer than (203 vs. 184 min, respectively; p 0.029). estimated blood loss groups 127 91 ml, respectively. This difference not significant (p 0.39). There no complications open conversion rate between two groups. Conclusions: Although slightly non-obese patients, safely performed.
