摘要: Abstract Background and Purpose: Because of the limited working space available during retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN), body habitus patient is likely to affect risk operative difficulties. This study sought determine whether anthropometric measurements based on CT abdominal radiography could be used predict difficulties LRN. Patients Methods: Between August 2004 January 2012, 96 consecutive patients with preoperative examinations underwent LRN for a T1 or T2 stage renal tumor at our institution. The association between demographics duration, estimated blood loss (EBL), perioperative complications were retrospectively analyzed.
