摘要: The term restorative rectal surgery is applied to operations for carcinoma of the rectum with first eliminate cancer and secondly restore or preserve anorectal function where alternative total excision permanent colostomy. Lesions located sufficiently proximal that there no question need are excluded from consideration here. This chapter will discuss theoretical basis rectum, delineate options available, review results various operative techniques outline authors’ approach rectum.
