摘要: During the past decade, there has been a remarkable progress in our understanding of biology Parkinson disease (PD), which translated into searching for novel therapy PD. Much focus is shifted from development drugs that only relieve PD symptoms to new generation remedies can potentially protect dopaminergic neurons and modify course. Several therapeutic approaches have tested preclinical experiments clinical trials, including molecules targeting on genes involved pathogenesis disease, neurotrophic factors critical neuron survival function, dopamine receptor agonists may possess neuroprotective effects, agents antioxidation, antiinflammation, antiapoptosis. The results these studies will shed light hope be cured future.
