摘要: Previous studies have shown that erythroid precursors at sequential stages of differentiation along the red cell pathway can be distinguished by differences in size and maturation kinetics colonies to which they give rise vitro. Using criteria based on these two parameters, it is thus possible identify three distinct progenitor populations mouse, known as day 8 BFU-E, 3 CFU-E. These types now been differ a number other respects, including size, sensitivity cycle-active agents, response plethora, effects W/Wv genotype. In addition, comparison found between BFU-E one hand those distinguishing CFU-E provides support for view early erythropoietic involves series changes take place long before competence synthesize hemoglobin becomes manifest.
