摘要: The Guide would present a useful tool for labour inspectors, workers and employers as well researchers academicians with view to better understanding the implications complexities of inspection from comparative viewpoint. Labour systems reflect their own realities, though implementation remains key whether it is assigned one single administrative body, or shared across various sections ministry, even in some cases, distributed several specialized ministries public agencies. diversity coverage makes difficult comprehend full scope but, viewed broadly, they cover employment relationship, pay, working conditions, occupational safety health, industrial relations, social security, employment. Taking into account that each country organizes its administration way, sometimes obtain an exact picture what is, which bodies comprise services, precise functions system are, sphere action powers are.
