摘要: The Industrial Revolution laid the ground for progress of labour law doctrine in sense that new inventions increased productivity, and modified equilibrium power within workplace. This scenario provided many opportunities regulations, aimed to protect workers from asymmetry relations. In this context, inspectorates were created guarantee enforcement legislation, rules regulations. Today, globalization phenomenon has changed world work establishing innovative organizational systems doing business. As a result, forms employment relationship have emerged. concern among scholars practitioners on determination criteria is key element scenario. strengthening administrations inspections countries goes hand with rights established framework. This paper aims at analyzing connections between role inspection as governance tool workers’ rights.
