摘要: Background: The noninvasive detection of coronary artery disease (CAD) remains a clinical challenge. Magnetocardiography is completely method that permits the registration cardiac electrical activity at multiple sites in plane above chest cage without need for electrodes. In contrast to electrocardiogram (ECG) which suffers from boundary effects and variety potential artifacts (electrode placement, etc.) MCG unaffected by such impediments as magnetic field unaltered surrounding tissues. Hypothesis: with newly developed single-channel system an unshielded setting should be better qualitative diagnostic tool than standard ECG assessment CAD. Methods: all, 52 patients angiographically documented CAD unimpaired ventricular function well 55 controls were included this study. A 12-lead was obtained all subjects. recordings taken 36 positions under resting conditions. From these, current density vector maps generated during ST-T interval. Each map then classified using classification scale 0 (normal) 4 (grossly abnormal). Results: While normal subjects, category 0, 1, or 2. However, abnormal angiograms, mainly categories 3 seen (p < 0.05). Conclusion: magnetometer reveals significant differences between normals on basis reconstruction ST segment when measured This might suitable CAD.
