摘要: The performance of the optimal linear feedback control and state-dependent Riccati equation techniques applied to suppress chaotic motion in atomic force microscope are analyzed. In addition, sensitivity each technique regarding parametric uncertainties considered. Simulation results show advantages disadvantages technique.
