摘要: Lifecycle of phytoparasitic nematode takes place in the rhizosphere, therefore their breeding, parasitism and mobility dynamics are inevitably influenced by soil-root interaction, A study was performed to evaluate influence Vitis rootstocks some plant parasitic nematodes under different soil conditions. Nematode populations were assessed vinifera L. var. Chardonnay plants grafted on two (K5BB, SO4) ungrafted ‘Chardonnay’ as a control three diferent alluvial soils central zone Chile. Soils Inceptisols Casablanca Valley (Valparaiso Region), first one without structure with densification depth (S1) second sandy textural class (S3). third Mollisol (S2) more structured than others, situated locality Melipilla (Metropolitan Region). The characterized physically morphologically genera identified counted using dissecting microscope. presented highest population Meloidogyne spp. conditions but only significant S2 soil. Xiphinema Mesocriconema xenoplax not representative enough relate them either or rootstocks. amount inversely related sand content positively stepwise regressions resulted useful when relating multiple factors.
