摘要: Purpose: The study was conducted to investigate the relationship of serum pepsinogens PGI, PGII, gastrin-17, and Hp-IgG with colorectal cancer (CRC), aiming explore clinical significance markers reflecting gastric function H. pylori infection in CRC. Methods: A total 569 CRC cases age sex-matched controls were enrolled this between June 2012 April 2016 from First Hospital China Medical University. detected using ELISA, including PGI/II ratio, G-17 Hp-IgG. Information clinicopathological parameters tumor biomarkers collected medical records inpatients, CEA, CA199, CA125, CA153 AFP. Results: Serum levels increased CRC, while PGI ratio appeared no significant difference controls. In subgroup analysis, PGII more males (P=0.014). demonstrated higher age<60y (P=0.001). With respect association biomarkers, level associated rise CA125 (P=0.005, OR (95%CI): 4.89 (1.90-12.57)), increasing (P=0.024, 4.10 (1.54-10.93)). Conclusions: risk. patients
