摘要: The objective of the study was to identify risk factors for reintroduction Actinobacillus pleuopneumoniae and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (enzootic pneumonia) onto pig farms in areas Switzerland that were involved an eradication programme from 1996 1999 assess role dealers relation these reinfections. based on comparison reinfected year 2000 (cases) remained uninfected same area (controls). Additionally, data collected Swiss transport companies. Out a total 3983 farms, 107 2000. incidences 0.1% 2.6% pneumonia). Compared reinfection rates prior programme, this is considerable reduction. Statistically significant 'finishing farm', 'large mixed breeding-finishing 'reinfected neighbour' 'parking site vehicles close farm'. Pig farmers purchased pigs only one supplier per batch had lower reintroducing infection (protective factor). As long as infected regions co-exist Switzerland, direct indirect contact between herds slaughter sites via are major pathway disease spread. Risk management measures linked contacts therefore key importance. survey indicated various improvement such strategic planning pick-up routes or cleaning disinfecting trucks.
