摘要: An alternative to the usual technique of preclotting porous textile vascular prostheses prior surgical implantation is render them impermeable blood by impregnation with a cross-linked albumin filler matrix. This material subsequently becomes foundation for cellular development. The compatibility such impregnated fabrics newly formed endothelial cells has been evaluated an in vitro organotypic culture method. enables characterization and numeration that develop on contact surfaces determination their rate Woven, knitted, velour were folllowing coating either storage Tyrode solution or 40% ethanol desiccation critical point drying. Preclotted cardiovascular repair prepared according conventional protocol served as controls. identification was confirmed histologically. most extensive rapid development observed woven fabric believed may have resulted from smoother surface topography this substrate. Good noted particularly which had stored solution. Ethanol deleterious effect apparent compatibility.
