摘要: Euglena gracilis was exposed for 24 hr to concentrationsof copper, nickel, lead and zinc ranging from 0.1 2.0 mg L-1 pentachlorophenol 10.0 L-1. Photosynthetic efficiency (PE) inhibited by increasing concentrations of the heavy metals. Nickel foundto be least toxic metals E. gracilis, whilethe other three exhibited similar levels toxicity. Treatment with caused unusual responses photosynthetic apparatus probably due especially high toxicity this substance. Both cell shape motility turned out insensitive physiological parameters testing substances studied.
