摘要: Particle tracking is important for understanding the mobile behaviour of objects varying sizes in a range physical and biological science applications. In this paper we present new algorithm cellular particles imaged using confocal microscope. The performs adaptive image segmentation to identify uses intelligent estimates neighbourhood search, spatial relationship, velocity, direction estimates, shape/size perform robust tracking.
