摘要: Fluorescently-tagged proteins located on vesicles can fuse with the surface membrane (visualised as a ‘puff’) or undock and return back into bulk of cell. Detection quantitative measurement these events from time-lapse videos has proven difficult. We propose novel approach to detect fusion undocking by first searching for docked that ‘disappear’ field view, then using diffusion model classify them either events. also use same method identify docking present comparative results against existing algorithms.
