摘要: Objective: Prior research examining the effectiveness of memory enhancement programs targeting both objective and subjective has yielded results with varying degrees success. The current investigation aimed to contribute present body training literature through evaluation an in-home program for older adults. Method: Fifty-three community-dwelling adults were assigned either a condition or minimal social support condition. Results: Those in had significant improvement remembering names faces not misplacing household objects. Additionally, those also reported being more content their memory, having fewer lapses greater use mnemonic strategies, less bothered by complaints.
