摘要: A neoplasm involving the ileo-cecal-colic junction, thymus, and tracheobronchial lymph nodes of a 7-year-old domestic cat was composed dense sheets round to oval mononuclear cells with indented nuclei, moderate amounts cytoplasm, variable numbers eosinophilic granules. These granules are brown black in phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin-stained sections stain variably periodic acid-Schiff stain. They 0.8 1.5 micron diameter, limited by single unit membrane, have electron density. Light microscopic cellular morphology staining characteristics as well ultrastructural features these consistent feline globule leukocytes. Morphologic neoplastic present case similar those only other reported leukocytes which also involved intestine cat.
