摘要: Crown gall caused by Agrobacterium is one of the predominant diseases encountered in rose cultures. However, our current knowledge bacterial strains that invade plants and way which they spread limited. Here, we describe integrated physiological molecular analyses 30 isolates obtained from crown tumors several reference strains. Characterization was based on determination biovar, analysis 16S ribosomal DNA restriction fragment length polymorphisms PCR (PCR-RFLP), elucidation opine type, PCR-RFLP genes involved virulence oncogenesis. This study led to classification into seven groups with common chromosome characteristics Ti plasmid characteristics. Altogether, formed 14 independent groups, no specific association plasmid- chromosome-encoded traits. The characteristic 16 induced production uncommon succinamopine, while other were nopaline-producing isolates. With exception one, all succinamopine plasmids belonged same group. Conversely, nopaline five these containing We showed outbreaks disease provoked succinamopine-producing different countries nurseries concurred a origin rootstock clones. Similarly, associated particular These results strongly suggest causal agent transmitted via material.
