摘要: The nanomaterial-integrated chitinous polymers have promoted the technological advancements in personal health care apparatus, particularly for enzyme-based devices like glucometer. Chitin and chitosan, being natural biopolymers, attracted great attention field of biocatalysts engineering. Their remarkable tunable properties been explored enhancing enzyme performance biosensor advancements. Currently, incorporation nanomaterials chitin chitosan-based biosensors are also widely exploited stability interference-free detection. Therefore, this review, we focus on various innovative multi-faceted strategies used fabrication biological assemblies using biomaterial interface. We aim to summarize current development chitin/chitosan their nano-architecture scaffolds interdisciplinary research, especially analytes glucose. This review article will be useful understanding overall multifunctional aspects progress polysaccharides food, biomedical, pharmaceutical, environmental, other diverse applications.
