摘要: Abstract: Devices prepared by bottom-up strategies have been proposed for several biomedical applications. Among various self-assembly techniques, layer-by-layer (LbL) offers ease of preparation, versatility, fine control over the materials structure, and robustness under physiological conditions. Due to its self-assembled nature use small masses material, coatings can be produced using aqueous solutions mild conditions temperature, pH, pressure, with minimal energy requirements material waste. Herein, we review multitude LbL mechanisms constructing nanostructured devices relevant applications such as tunable cell adhesion metabolism, drug delivery, biomineralized smart systems.
