摘要: An alternative implementation for emulating an active inductor is proposed. Based on a classical gyrator architecture, the new implemented by using log-domain current integrator instead of voltage integrator. Inductance and Q-factor can be tuned independently. Simulation results confirming idea are shown. The proposed circuit micropower operating in weak inversion region MOSFETs.
