A log-domain CMOS transcapacitor: design, analysis and applications

摘要: We present in this paper the CMOS implementation of a transcapacitor working log-domain. This circuit integrates differential input current into an output pseudo-voltage, which is similar to compressed voltage used as internal variable companding filters. log-domain compatible with pseudo-conductances implemented single transistor. The pseudo-transcapacitor analyzed and collection reactive components small circuits using it proposed.
