摘要: Abstract Produced water (PW) is one of the main sources oil pollution and it represents most important environmental concern associated to industry. In this work, microemulsion systems were used remove dispersed from PW. The in experiments composed by PW as aqueous phase; kerosene isoamyl alcohol co-surfactant; Dissolvan® or Lipesa® surfactant. An experimental design was applied for process optimization. Experiments performed according Scheffe net showed removal efficiencies (%RE) between 24–99%. extraction point optimization 60 wt% PW, 5 wt% kerosene, 35 wt% co-surfactant/surfactant ratio (C/S ratio = 9). effects C/S ratio, load capacity, kinetics, temperature, speed phase separation evaluated. From these tests, possible achieve 100% using C/S = 9, t =25 min, T = 50–60 °C, demonstrating feasibility
