摘要: Unter den Kontraindikationen zur Nierentransplantation wird die renale Osteopathie im allgemeinen nicht diskutiert. Wir haben jedoch vor 2 Jahren an dieser Stelle daruber berichtet, das sich in etwa 6–8% der Falle unter chronischer Hamodialysebehandlung eine Form renalen entwickeln kann, durch ausgepragte Osteopenie gekennzeichnet ist, wobei histologischen Veranderungen eines endokrin aktiven sekundaren Hyperparathyreoidismus ganz Hintergrund treten oder fehlen konnen [6].
