摘要: During the past year authors have observed four male patients with rheumatoid arthritis in whom severe compression fractures of vertebrae developed during administration cortisone or corticotropin both. Although demineralization skeleton is a recognized complication therapy, these cases prompted to emphasize importance possible pathological when prolonged treatment this nature used. Demartini, Grokoest, and Ragan,1in 1952, reported five who had received intensive therapy.
