Academic leagues: a Brazilian way to teach about cancer in medical universities.

摘要: Background Performance of qualified professionals committed to cancer care on a global scale is critical. Nevertheless there deficit in Cancer Education Brazilian medical schools (MS). Projects called Academic Leagues (AL) have been gaining attention. However, are few studies this subject. AL arise from student initiative, arranged into different areas, focus general knowledge, universal any field. They not obligatory and students responsible for the organizing planning processes AL, so participation highlights motivation active pursuit knowledge. The objective study was explore relevance especially development important skills attitudes students.
